Das Einzige was gefehlt hat, war frischer Fisch am Buffet. Es gab immer nur Fleisch und/oder Gemüse. Zur Abwechslung kann man in die beiden a la carte Restaurants, das Essen hier war ok, bzw. lecker im „Fine dining restaurant“ Was jedoch total enttäuschend war, ist der nicht vorhandene Strand bei Flut. „Beautiful, elegant and comfy resort. The spa is definitely worth a visit.. Dining, outside bar and pools all added to a wonderful, relaxing experience. Not having access to the beach at the resort was a bit disappointing (wish it was clearly stated on Expedia) but shuttle to their sister resort (the little Gelato place made up for it;) with access to the beach was very convenient. Will be back for a longer stay.“

While the rooms (in fact cottages) are not bad (4/5 for me) and the hotel staff is very friendly (5/5 for me) the breakfast choice was dissatisfying (3/5 for me). The offer of fruit juices was limited to 2, while one always was watermelon and the other changed between mango and pineapple. The overall selection (fresh eggs, other English breakfast items) was o.k., but the offered variety was far from other 5 Star hotels I ever visited. ...

"### A wonderful place to relax and unwind I had a fantastic stay at Kilili Baharini Malindi and would happily return. The hotel has a very special charm, with a beautiful, spacious property surrounded by an abundance of lush tropical greenery. It feels peaceful, authentic and wonderfully relaxed. The staff are absolutely outstanding — warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the entire stay. They really make you feel welcome and are a major reason why the hotel is so enjoyable. The property is very well maintained and offers several pools, plenty of space to relax and a lovely shaded beach area. The combination of greenery, pools and direct access to the beach creates a wonderful atmosphere. The food was another highlight, especially the delicious local dishes. It was a pleasure to experience authentic local flavors rather than just the usual international hotel cuisine. The spa and gym are also excellent, clean and well equipped, making it easy to combine relaxation with some exercise. Overall, Kilili Baharini is a charming and peaceful hotel with a beautiful tropical setting, excellent facilities and, above all, exceptional staff. A wonderful place to slow down, relax and enjoy the Kenyan coast."

"Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern muss dringend gewartet werden. Auch ist die Küche nicht im perfekten Zustand. Die Betten sind gut und der Balkon ist traumhaft. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr schön. Die Speisekarte ist sehr überschaubar, was ab Tag 5 dann tatsächlich ein Problem darstellt. Beim Frühstück gibt es keinen Käse und keine Wurst. Einige Baumaßnahmen während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir als sehr störend empfunden. Aber aufgrund der Schönheit der Anlage würden wir tatsächlich wiederkommen. Das Spa war in Ordnung."
