„Very lovely spot for a get away. Very accommodating, and definitely would stay there again. They really have everything you need and the space is so cozy and welcoming. Denise and Don had numerous suggestions that really made our road trip back south top notch! Only thing I’d suggest is maybe a broom so we could have cleaned up after ourselves the way I like to when I leave a place/maintain while I’m there. „Alert Bay is a very nice very scenic costal community with lots of history. Gordie’s is right in the middle of it all, right on the water with excellent views of the ocean, sunsets are incredible. Food at the restaurant…the seafood linguine was amazing, sooo good! The room didn’t have a TV but who cares, things to look at were everywhere “

Nice hosts, nice and clean rooms, very nicely decorated. breakfast buffet: nice bagels, good bananabread, filtercoffee, tea, butter, benutbutter, honey, jam, juice boxes, no cheese or meat, melones.
