Das ONLY YOU Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und wunderschön! Das Personal ist ausserordentlich Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir waren vom Zimmer leider sehr enttäuscht. Wir hatten ein Superior Doppel Zimmer gebucht welches in richtung von einem Hof zeige, wir konnten in ein anderes Zimmer rein schauen vom Fenster aus. (Keine Aussicht). desweiteren hat das Zimmer keinen Kleiderschrank oder ablagemöglichkeit für 2 Koffer & Kleidung. Wir waren 10Nächte im Hotel. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. In unserem Zimmer war die Klo spülung merkwürdig, beim spülen, spritzte ein Teil des Wassers raus. Die Nasszelle mit Dusche war wunderschön! Wir hätten uns gewünscht, das wir für diesen Preis und für 10nächte ein Zimmer mit einer schöneren Aussicht bekommen hätten.

Super Hotel Lage Um in die Altstadt zu gelangen muss man lediglich die Straße überqueren. Der Hafenbereich ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer der Nähe Hotels befinden sich diverse Bushaltestellen und ein Busbahnhof. Zimmer Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es gab leider in unserem Zimmer kein Regal oder Schrank, um Kleidungsstücke abzulegen. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Bei Bereitstellung eines geeigneten kleinen Schranks, Sideboards oder Regals im Zimmer könnte die Wäsche aus dem Koffer einsortiert werden. Dies würde den Komfort insbesondere bei Gästen erhöhen, die mehr als eine Nacht Aufenthalt planen. Frühstück Das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir als qualitativ hochwertig bei großer Auswahl empfunden. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Im Frühstücksraum steht eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine zur Selbstbedienung. Es gibt geeignete Kaffeevollautomaten, bei denen kein Müll in Form von Kapseln anfällt. Wir hatten deshalb unseren Kaffee jeweils beim Personal bestellt. Restaurant / Bar Im Eingangsbereich des Hotels befindet sich das Restaurant mit Bar „Carmen“. Wir waren hier 1x zum Abendessen. Die Speisen waren sehr geschmackvoll und von sehr guter Qualität. Die Bar ist gemütlich und hat ein gutes Angebot an Getränken für den „Ausklang eines Tages“. Personal Das Personal war uns gegenüber ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns stehts als willkommene Gäste gefühlt.

Amazing hotel. Spotless, really nice design. Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Checkout was at 12pm and our flight was late at night. We could check out, use the pool all day and in the evening they supplied us with a free room to shower before leaving. Excellent location, so close to everything. Great restaurants are only within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Every one there is super friendly, fro the moment I got there Mohamed at the reception took the time to show me the room and helped accommodate a special need I had by rearranging the room bookings to accommodate my request and that made a lot of difference to me. The buffet was excellent with a lot of good choices and to my surprise they had many options for milk including Lactaid milk. The team there were very curious and made sure everything was perfect. I love the place . It is also a walking distance to everything from the port to downtown.

Muy comoda estancia en pleno centro de Malaga. Zona accessible a pie. Segura, iluminada, con movilidad incluso en horarios nocturnos. El hotel cumple con las cinco estrellas en general. Repetiria sin dudas. Positivo: - Locacion - Insonorizacion Exterior - Lindo restaurant. - Muy buena limpieza y ambientacion Mejorable: - El servicio del restaurant y el desayuno. Aunque se lo atribuyo mas a la cantidad de gente que habia en ciertos dias. - Extender un poco mas el horario del bar / restaurant. Tanto el de planta baja, como el rooftop (me dijeron que en verano lo hacen) - Mejoraria la insonorizacion entre habitaciones, aunque esta relacionada tambien a la conducta de los huespedes - Mejoraria el servicio de desayuno. Aunque es real que hotel estaba full booked

This hotel is conveniently located to the waterfront, the old town and lots of great restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and the food and drinks were great. Just don’t be taken aback when you first enter - you have to walk through a busy bar to get to reception. It’s easy so don’t let this sway you. I would definitely stay here again!!

Most amazing experience. Not only was the hotel beautiful and in a central area, but the staff really made our stay great. Pablo, Mohammed, and especially Constanca were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. We are so happy we chose this hotel because of them. A modern five-star hotel, conveniently located on Malaga's Alameda St. near shopping, fine restaurants, a lovely park, as well as the port. Rooms are on the small side; ours had no closet, but was very nicely furnished and clean with excellent bathroom, shower stall and tub. Our room had a large lovely balcony with couch and chairs. Room service was excellent and rooms were cleaned daily. Reception staff were most helpful, courteous and pleasant. My wife and I stayed there for several days and were very happy.

Staff was tremendous and very helpful. They expressed a true desire to make your stay the best it could be. Room was fantastic. Spacious and comfortable. Rooftop bar and pool are not to be missed. Great space to relax and enjoy the views.
