About the construction work, we sent you an email informing you about it and we gave you the option to cancel without any cost, but you did not accept it. About the men you heard we do not understand the comment very well, the men in the building are guests who have a reservation in our apartments. As for check-in, we offer the option of self-checkin because it is faster and allows you to enter even before check-in time, as was your case. Once again, we are sorry that the experience was not as expected.

Dear Mr. Roman, Thank you very much for sharing your impressions about Soho Boutique La Merced with us. We are sorry we did not reach your expectations. It´s true that we gave you other apartament for the fiest night, but this apartament was an upgrade, one Dúplex 2 bedrooms, better than the apartament you booked. The second night you will be changed to dúplex 1 bedroom. All the guest are happy with the nice terrace. We are sorry for the inconvenience so much and we will do all the efforts to improve in all aspects. Regards,

First of all, we apologize for the inconveniences that did not make your stay perfect.The door code was a specific moment that failed, luckily we can solve it quickly from a distance.Regarding the construction works, we always notify clients so that they have the option to cancel, depending on the day the inconvenience may be more or less. Muchas gracias por tu valoración, lamentamos las molestias y que no hayan disfrutado de una experiencia plena. De todos modos, nos gustaría comentar que el fallo de hotels.com no es nuestra responsabilidad, nosotros hicimos todo lo posible para poder contactaros y enviaros todas las instrucciones necesarias. En cuanto a las hormigas, enviamos a la persona de limpieza para darle una solución rápida, ya que con clientes dentro y más, como comenta, con un niño, no se puede hacer una fumigación mayor. Nuestro personal de limpieza fue hasta en 2 ocasiones para cuadrar una hora que les viniese bien, en las 2 ocasiones no quisieron que se hiciese la limpieza. Solo queríamos comentar que sí pusimos interés en solucionar el problema al menos de una forma menos inofensiva habiendo clientes dentro, ya que una vez se realizó la salida pusimos solución al problema con más medios. Una vez más, lamentamos que la experiencia no haya sido la esperada. Un saludo.

Thank you for your valoration, we are sorry that your stay wasn't as good as you expected. We will take into account in order to improve. About the pictures, it is the same appartment, we only improve the floor (it was wood and it was very old and we changed it in order to renovate the apartments).
