„Ignacio was very nice. However, The property needs maintenance. AC in The downstairs master did not work and mattress was very uncomfortable, kitchen cabinets handles were loose. Bathtub upstairs was clogged. Was a short time and enjoy Sevilla!“

„Large property and gardens, very clean on arrival and had more than adequate glasses, crockery etc. Good size pool cleaned twice per week and garden well maintained. Walking distance to Gines which had plenty of bars and restaurants which are friendly, serve great food and very reasonably priced. 15 minute drive to Saville which is well worth a few visits. Cant recommend enough.“

„The pictures make the property look better than it is. Also it’s located in country side area with very narrow bridges to get there. Also the host locked 1 room so it’s better to clarify with the host how many room you will get. Also the bedding and sheets had a distinct smell to them. Other than that the host was welcoming and nice.“

„Ignacio ist ein netter und freundlicher Zeitgenosse und hat sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklären.Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten war auch alles in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat war eine anständige Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrtücher, aber dafür werde ich keinen Stern abziehen. Immer wieder gerne.“

„This property is fantastic. It is walking distance to everything. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to do any cooking, and communication with the property owner was easy. We finished every evening on the rooftop with a glass of wine - definitely a highlight! Would stay here again, for sure.“

„Preis - Leistung für Sevilla super, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit Top, Lage Zentral von Sehenswürdigkeiten umgeben. Hatten zwei Zimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten und ein Schlafsofa. Ein Zimmer war zum Zentrum nach vorne ausgerichtet von Lärm durchgehen geplagt andere Zimmer zum Hinterhof war ok und das Schlafsofa ist nicht wirklich fürs schlafen zu empfehlen aber normal in Spanien immer wird ein Sofa als Bett verkaufen, würde davon eher abraten Schlafsofa als Bett zu buchen lieber andere Unterkunft ...

„Its a bit out of the way for visitors without a car using public transport, but with a car it was fantastic as plenty of free parking in front. Quiet and safe area 24 hours manned reception - Receptionist was helpful checking me in, giving wifi instructions, recommendations for restaurants in the centre, etc. Fully self contained airconditioned flat with stocked kitchen, separate lounge, bed, bath areas. Coffee, toiletries towels washer dryer iron brooms mops etc provided. Blinds for hot sunny ...
