„Das Hotel hat eine verkehrsgünstige Lage und eine großzügig und mit viel Grün angelegte Parkplatzanlage (kostenloses Parken). Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung, war recht groß und komfortabel, blitzsauber und bot allen Komfort, den wir brauchten. Das Bett war ausreichend groß, und wir haben darin gut geschlafen. Auch das modern eingerichtete und komfortable Badezimmer (höhengleiche Dusche) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gestört hat uns der Geräuschpegel, und zwar in der Lobby ...

The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that ...
