Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Lage am Meer ist traumhaft. Trotz des derzeitigen Winds kann man schön und geschützt draußen sitzen. Super zentral für die tollen Strände im Süden.

Die Unterkunft ist rund um perfekt. Alles ist super sauber und wird täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt. Die MitarbeiterINNEN sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Besitzerin heißt einen super herzlich Willkommen hnd gibt direkt jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps. Hier wird echt an alles gedachte und wir können die Unterkunft für Familien (wir sind mit ubserer 1 1/2 jährigen Tochter gereist) als auch Paare nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Lovely apartment right on the water. Everything new and modern and well equipped. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially Natacha and Raj (?) . We would recommend highly and tell others they really should count on renting a car while here to get around the island.

There is a reason this property is always sold out! The units are modern and comfortable and the staff really go out of their way to maximize enjoyment for guests. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and car rental is easy to organize on site. It’s about a 7 minute walk to town for restaurants and grocery stores.

un excellent séjour. Le cadre est parfait, l'équipe est présente et à l'écoute. Les chambres sont très propres et très bien décorées. La clientèle est discrète. We stayed at Le Nautique for our 2 first nights in the Seychelles. Very nice and cute condo unit, very clean and very well staffed. The owner is very friendly, bed comfy, really nice bathroom. Only downside, nothing to do onsite, and a bit expensive.

It is unfortunate that the weather was windy and rainy when you were here and so you didn't get to enjoy the swimming right in front of your apartment and the free water sport facilities we provide. Seychelles is all about beaches and nature and relaxation. Anse Royale offers all of this and a small village with shops and restaurants so close by to enjoy.

We stayed at le Nautique Luxury Apartments for 12 days and it has been great. Located close to one of the best beaches in Mahe, Anse Forbance (5 min by car). We were impressed by the location and the kindness of all the staff. Everyday the all team will look after your house and make sure everything is clean and bedsheets/towels are changed You have washing machine free to use anytime, sunbeds, bbq and complimentary kayak to use The house was extra clean and we had all we need to cook pur food! Annalise is super nice and ready to help in every moment We had a maintenence problem during the evening and it was sorted in 5 minutes. We had such a great stay at La Nautique, the place itself is beautiful and everyone was so warm and friendly. Everything we needed was attended to from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The room itself is very spacious, modern and clean, even better than the photos. Sun loungers and kayaks are provided to guests too. We’ll definitely stay here again if we come back to the Seychelles!

We loved everything about our stay at Le Nautique. Our studio apartment was fabulous, very comfortable and well appointed. The property is immaculate and shows pride of ownership. Annalise and Michelle were great to deal with and helped with transfers and car rental as well as being a wealth of information for our day trips around the island. We would love to go back someday!

Excellent choice for staying on Mahe. Quality in everything - appliances, beds, bedding. Spacious and well thought-through. Le paradis existe. Bien loin des hôtels resort impersonnels, ce lieu est magique. L’accueil est parfait grâce à un personnel aux petits soins et toujours avec le sourire. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean rooms with new amenities. Our check in was very smooth and the property manager Annalise was so helpful. We were given a map, she also organised us a car for our entire stay, which cost us less than what we had found online. The bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows. The walk in shower was lovely, and had good water pressure. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would come back for sure, thank you!

The property was just as pictured. Very clean and the staff was great. Upon check-in, Annalise took time to give us recommendations of what beaches to visit and other things to do in the island. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend having a car. The grocery store is about a 7-10 min walk but literally only a 1 min drive. We basically drove around the island in one day, beach-hopping, and had a blast.

Home in Anse Royale, Mahé
We had an amazing stay at Le Nautique, the appartement is super clean with all the facilities needed. The location is just perfect as it is steps away from the best beaches in Mahé. Supermarket, pharmacy, market are just few minutes drive which is very convenient. We really felt home and we will definitely choose Le Nautique next time in Seychelles.

The apartment was very clean and well designed. The bathroom and bedding were super, as was the kitchen. Onsite parking was close by and easy to move luggage. The property manager helped organized a rent car for us, which worked out very well. The only downside is that that there wasn't any usable beach onsite, but there were good beaches close by, so we didn't see this as a downside. Property management is superior and we really appreciated her help!

Nice property
We stayed at the hotel for one night. The property is lovely, very well maintained, very clean. The owners are very nice people. I would highly recommend. The only thing I would like to note that though the hotel is on the first line there is no sand beach, you actually get into the sea by stairs and swim. May be inconvenient for families with small children.

Amazing hotel
We had an amazing time - it's a great location with a beautiful view. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, and the entire property is well-maintained. Everything was just perfect!

Beautiful stay
We had a beautiful stay at le nautique! It was comfortable, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the staff was really nice! Would definitely recommend this spot to friends who are coming to mahe.

Bel endroit très propre mais un peu cher
Pour notre dernière nuit sur l'île, Annelise nous a très bien accueilli. Parfaitement situé pour découvrir le sud de Mahé.Vous pourrez vous garer devant les bungalows derrière un portail sécurisé. Très bien aménagé et face à la mer mais pas de plage. Logement récent et très propre mais proche de la route passante (bruit). C'est très chouette mais un peu cher selon nous (par rapport à d'autres guesthouse que nous avions fait et il n'y a pas de piscine...)
