The
villa is introduced by a large electric gate which opens into the
garden with parking area. The villa is characterized by the traditional
architecture of Salento, which is typical of the rural houses.
The villa is furnished in an elegant style, with attention to details. It opens into a large living room with sofas, dining area, tv and air conditioning and a kitchenette with access to the back of the villa, with a porch and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms,
two of which area double bedrooms while the third is a twin bedroom.
The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Moreover, there are a bathroom with tub, a bathroom with shower and a
studio. In the outbuilding there is 1 double bedroom with bathroom and a kitchenette with induction hob.
By the villa there is a large wooden gazebo with outdoor dining area. At the back of the garden there is the beautiful swimming pool framed by flowerbeds, swing, beach beds and an outdoor sitting area under the gazebo.
The owner lives on the lower floor of the villa, on the basement floor.

Villa
Nicrys is in the countryside of the heart of Salento, near Maglie. It`s
also close to Scorrano, famous for its lighting and Summer celebrations
of its patron saint Santa Domenica.
It`s in the heart of Salento,
allowing you to easily arrive at the beaches of the Adriatic coast and
of the Ionian coast. The closest beaches are Otranto and Alimini lakes, 20 minutes` drive away. Castro is 20 kilometers away. Gallipoli and its beaches are 30 kilometers away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared Pool available from May to mid-September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
-The villa is composed by a main unit plus an annex.
- The owner lives on the basement floor. The outdoor area is at esclusive use of the guests. The guests share with the owner the entry gate and the pool.
- The villa is equipped with an external video surveillance system.
