We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes ...

„Schlafzimmer gehen zur Hauptstraße hin, so dass es dann nachts / frühmorgens tw. sehr laut ist (Autos und insbesondere Motorräder). Ansonsten eine Top-Lage, da nah zum Zentrum und direkt am See. Super waren der eigene Zugang zum (Kies-)Strand und die Terrasse mit Seeblick.“

„Die Wohnung ist sehr schön (entspricht den Bildern). Ebenso der großzügige Balkon mit super Aussicht. Die kleinen Dörfer und Städtchen entlang der Uferstrasse sind alle einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen ruhigen Urlaub.“

„Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. “

(Room R22) The building is new, modern (including an elevator). The kitchenette is well stocked and offerns the basics in regards to appliances. (no microwave).
