Lots of positives at this place
The property was easy to find and to access and was in a convenient location. The pre arrival info was full and helpful, although the payment information was a bit confusing, It would be helpful to have had more information, for example on how to use the washing machine and where to empty bins The apartment was as described. It was on the 3rd floor and the lift worked well. It was clean and tidy but there was damage to the hob, table top and walls that had not been acknowledged. The apartment had two bedrooms, but there were only two of us, so we had plenty of space - I imagine it could feel a bit crowded with four.We had a few problems during our stay. Firstly the safe was locked open and couldn’t be used, but it was fixed the following day. Secondly, there was very little crockery which meant running the dishwasher daily or handwashing dishes. This would have been a bigger problem for 4 people. The washer/dryer was fine, if slow but there was nowhere to dry things that don’t go in the tumble dryer. Finally, we stayed for 10 days, so I assumed we would get a linen change half way through. When I asked they readily agreed but it wasn’t offered. I had to remind them and they just dropped off clean sheets without putting the bedding on the bed or taking away the used ones for laundry. They forgot the towels and I ended up washing and reusing the ones we had,
