„I came to Hacienda Roman knowing that in this part of Peru, you can't expect all the amenities like WiFi, cable TV, etc. If you go in with reasonable expectations, you'll be happy with this hotel. The pros: Staff are quite nice. Food is tasty and available fresh on site. Personal attention, especially the tour of the coffee/jungle out back, is phenomenal. The entire stay was worth it just for this!! The cons: Cooking is unbelievably slow; it took us no less than 1.5 hours to finish a meal ...

„Great hotel, especially if visiting Machu Piccu early in the morning. The staff were knowledgeable, and gave very good advice and directions to the bus stop (which is only two minutes away). Our entrance time was very early and they brought breakfast bags to our room the night before take with in the morning. “

„Beautiful hotel in excellent location ! Roaring river next to the property could be a bit lound for some but we loved it. Unfortunately both the bar and the restaurant were closed but the buffet breakfast on the top floor was great 😃 Next to the abundance of restaurants and shopping.“

„The Supertramp Hostel is a oasis of good vibes in this super expensive tourist town. The stuff is great, friendly and helpfull, bar and restaurant are cozy places with good drinks and food. The bathroom was clean. Just my bed was full of black hair and my pillow was dirty.“
