This lovely 40m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy sofa perfect for relaxing, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for meals or work. Oversized windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room also opens onto a balcony with seating, an ideal spot to unwind.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a full set of cookware and cutlery.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a wardrobe, with hotel-quality linens provided to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom comes stocked with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries, so you can freshen up with ease.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Please note: the apartment is located on the 1st floor and does not have an elevator.

Welcome to your haven in the historic town of Machico, a paradise for nature and sea lovers, located on the stunning east coast of Madeira. Our house offers a unique experience, with direct access to the spectacular Vereda do Larano, one of the most famous coastal hikes on the island. For breathtaking views over the valley, head up to the nearby Pico do Facho viewpoint. Enjoy the utmost convenience, with the golden sand beach just 50 meters away and the charming historic center a few minutes' walk away. At the end of the day, indulge in fresh fish at Restaurante Maré Alta, a local culinary landmark. The location is also an excellent starting point for discovering the island's treasures, such as the cliffs of Ponta de São Lourenço or the mountains of Pico do Areeiro, while being just 20 minutes from Funchal. Experience the perfect combination of adventure and the convenience of having everything at your doorstep.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The Madeira Airport is just 7 minutes away from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
