Winter break

Great location. Lovely house though a few bits getting a bit worn. No dvd player as listed. Only 1 towel each and no gowns as in previous review. Great hot tub. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Would recommend to anyone. Easy access to St Annes and Blackpool.

So sad to leave!

We had an absolute amazing time at this property. We stayed over Xmas 23rd-26th Dec. It’s the first time we’ve been away at Christmas but we’ve already been looking for next year and are absolutely gutted that it’s fully booked! :-( The party consisted of two adults and 5 children. The beds were super comfy. When we arrived, the heating had been left on, the Christmas tree lights were on, there was a box of chocs, bottle of wine and fresh milk in the fridge. On Xmas eve we took a tram down Blackpool front and had a walk through the lights. It was truly amazing and much needed after an awful year of bereavement. Thank you Gavin and Deborah. If next years guests cancel for any reason, please let us know!! Lots of love, Kim and family xx

Would recommend our stay and looking forward to another visit.

Everything you needed was in this nice large house with a hot tub. Nice area and easy access by buses to blackpool. Grandkids enjoyed bus ride. Excellent correspondence from the owner .

Ideal for Families visiting Blackpool!

We loved staying at this house while we visited Blackpool! Close to local transport, great location. Lots of extras in the house to make your stay more enjoyable. Ideal for families with kids.

Ideal for our family. Nice and quiet area with all the comforts of home but near to all major attractions. We wouldn’t go past this place now. Highly recommended for anyone who likes comfort privacy and near enough to go visit central Blackpool. The hot tub is an added bonus as was the welcome pack. Home from home. Lovely and clean too. Amazing Stay

This property is first class in every aspect. Spotlessly clean, great facilities, easy checkin & out process with a welcome pack prepared for our arrival, a real surprise with thoughtful well stocked essentials. We could not of asked for more from this property from the fluffy bathrobes which were supplied & slippers to the hot tub & well Maintained garden . Thankyou for an amazing stay

Fabulous find in Lytham St Anne's

We had a lovely weekend in this property. Communication prior to arriving was good and we arrived to a welcome pack of all the basics we would need - a lovely touch. The house was very clean and extremely well equipped. Lots of information about the house and local area was available. It was only a short hop in a taxi to Blackpool, with ample parking for two cars at the house. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property and will definitely return should I be back in this area. A great choice for a family stay!
