„The property was exactly as advertised. Proximity to town, Grand Lake and RMNP were all fantastic. The property was the perfect size for our party (4 adults). Grand Lake had multiple great dining options, and the shopping was what I would expect. We had a wonderful stay.“

„This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. “
