„We spent the weekend in Winchester for my son's birthday and wanted to stay close to Twin Creeks Marina. This house was great... a 5 minute drive to the lake but still in a quiet wooded area. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 and it was very tastefully renovated and decorated. We also were able to bring our small pup, which was great. Plenty of room for him to run around in the yard. Overall would highly recommend!“

„Overall our experience was good especially for the price. It was very clean. The people were nice. We did have a slight confusion on who was checking us in and which entrance we were to use this was all resolved quickly. Fortunately, we did need to get up early and get going. The street noise at 7am would have you out of bed regardless. The noise from the train wasn't an issue at all for us. Me and spouse would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone passing through. “

The only problem we had was with the air conditioning one night. We called the property owner and he came right over that night and got it going. „We had a great vacation!! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for two families. The dock was perfect for lounging by the lake while the covered portion was perfect for the smaller kids to be out of the sun. The only thing I will say is that the steps are something else. We have stayed at several houses on Tim's Ford with steep steps, but these are straight up with no plateaus and no hand rails. It was a little scary for the smaller kids, so just prepare for that.
