sehr komfortables Hotel
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter hilfsbereit und auch die Zimmer sehr groß, schön und sauber. Das einzige Problem ist das Frühstück. Häufig, wenn etwas alle ist, wird es nicht nachgeliefert. Man muss also sehr früh zum Frühstücke erscheinen, wenn man warmes Frühstück bevorzugt.

Nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Das Zimmer war ok, wenn auch für ein Doppelzimmer etwas arg klein. Neben dem einen Bett war nicht mal genügend Platz für den Nachttisch, er musste etwas weiter nach vorne vors Fenster gestellt werden. Aber die Matratze war sehr gut, und endlich mal eine Decke, die lang genug war! Das Bad war sehr geräumig mit riesigem Spiegel, davor eine wirklich großzügige Ablagefläche (was in Hotels sehr oft nicht der Fall ist!), und die Dusche war endlich mal nicht so eng, dass man als recht großer Mensch bei jeder Bewegung irgendwo anstößt - sehr lobenswert! Leider ist es aufgrund der stark befahrenen Straßen um das Hotel herum recht laut - dafür liegen im Zimmer jedoch für jeden Gast weitblickend Ohropax für eine ungestörte Nachruhe bereit -:). Was mich etwas gestört hat, ist, dass der Frühstücksraum nicht einfach einladend offenstand, sondern immer wieder eine wuchtige Tür geschlossen wurde. Das Buffet als solches war jedoch relativ reichhaltig und damit völlig ok.

Selten so ein sauberes Hotel gesehen. Einrichtung, insbesondere für Altbaufans, sehr geschmackvoll. Essen sehr gut. Lage sehr zentral einem kleinen Platz mit Denkmal. Nachts ist es manchmal durch die zentrale Lage ein wenig laut, aber dies lässt sich nicht vermeiden wenn man zentral wohnen möchte.

Wir waren richtig enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, aber die Wände so dünn, dass man das Schnarchen, Niesen etc. des Nachbarn mitbekommen hat. Das Frühstück war bis 10.00 Uhr angeboten, aber um 9.30 Uhr war das Büffet so gut wie leer und man musste um jedes Teil betteln. Das Service beim Frühstück war mehr als schlecht. Man hat uns wie Luft behandelt. Wir haben nicht rausbekommen warum, vielleicht, dass wir nur Russisch gesprochen haben und kein Ukrainisch!!

Great location, amazing breakfast, clean and spacious room. I did kinda felt a pressure and a bit of judgement from the restaurant staff during the breakfast though. As the restaurant is quite small and the staff members were gathered right by the buffet, all three staff members were watching closely what food and how much I was placing on my plate . I guess they were concerned about the food cost . That made me feel quite uncomfortable so that after two days I even skipped the breakfast buffet and opted to eat outside of the hotel.

This place was simply amazing, after contemplating visiting Ukraine, last year, before the pandemic kicked off, and managing to make the stars align, on a FlixBus trip, from Warsaw, and booking insurance. Extremely friendly, helpful staff, immaculate room, and gorgeous food (the fish, and desserts are divine, and I really wanted to try the hot stone meats, but didn't get time!). I only wished that I could have stayed longer, in the wonderful city of Lviv, and hope to follow up with the suggestion of checking out the mountains, if I get to return to this country, in the future. Thanks, for making this long-awaited trip memorable.

Disappointing two nights stay
We were put in an attic room on the 5th floor facing the street. I had to bend in the shower and parts of the room not to hit my head. It was hot and air conditioning didn't work so we had to keep a window open. At night that caused the light from the roof to make our room very bright so it was hard to sleep. These type of rooms should not be sold for the prices we paid.

Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в Атлас Делюкс (зима, лето, осень), в любой сезон тут было комфортно. Отличное место, где вы можете быть уверены, что не поведут. Стоит упомянуть, что слышимость в гостинице -это единственный пункт, на который стоит обратить внимание. В остальном -все хорошо! Вкусно накормят (хоть в номере, хоть в ресторане); уберут, помогут с трансфером (если необходимо), вызовут такси (учитывая ваши пожелания по классу машины и по бюджету), всегда приветливый персонал и приятная атмосфера. Локация Атласа очень классная, Несмотря на близость к дороге в номере не шумно. Рядом есть магазины, кафе, рестораны, Мак, к площади рынок прогулочным шагом несколько минут, К оперному гуляя дойдете за мин 10. Вечером отель чем-то немного напоминает замок из Диснеевских мультов. Кстати, Атлас подойдет как для рабочих поездок, так и для пребывания с семьей/детьми. Стоит отметить боевую Готовность персонала: В этот раз я забронировала номер буквально за час до приезда, на рецепшине сразу сообщили, что мой номер уже подготовили. Утюг можно заказать в номер (быстро принесут, сразу по звонку). рум сервис не круглосуточный! Но во Львове (именно в этой локации) это не проблема.

A great place to stay in a very beautiful city!
It was a great stay. Five minutes walking to the main square, so many restaurants in the area close and many more at the square. Felt very safe walking day or night. Staff was very helpful with information to points of interest, even with places to run because I like to exercise, and available 24 hours for assistance. Very clean hotel and just an overall pleasant experience!

Excellent and beautiful hotel within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Relatively quiet unless you open windows, but that’s the price you pay for a premium location. Very helpful, professional, thorough, and friendly staff who always follow up on every inquiry or assistance.

Dejligt hotel med venlig personale
Dejlige og smilende i receptionen, maden var lækker og den første tjener vi havde var virkelig god. Værelserne er lidt små, men fine nok, og et dejligt stort badekar med plads til 2 med lidt snilde. Vi fik desværre ikke prøvet spaen, men vi kunne nemt finde på at komme tilbage for det.
