Dear guest, the airport tell all the Hotels that travellers must be in Airport 1 hour before departure time. The way between Hotel and Airport many times is full of cars and can take 45 minutes for arrive, if we say 10 minutes and anything happens, you will loose your flight. You took the taxi because you insist to go by your way. We always advice to all our guest about the higher prices, you didnt take no one tour with us, because you arrived in night and departure in morning you had no any tour with us, Your tours was arranged by yourself. Shuttle to airport is not a tour. 145 pounds for taxi to Airport in high season is normal price, we are Egyptians and we pay 150 from Airport to city, is Government price, even you pay cheaper than us. Mansour adviced you will pay 200 or 245 pound and you was agree. We stop a taxi for you and you pay to the taxi driver, we dont made any business with you or the taxi. Even you was smiling until last moment and told us everything was perfect, even you said our Manager that she is beautiful, a not good comment in Muslim culture and nobody made a complain. Anyway we hope you have nice day.

Dear guest, our trip is private, no shared with unknown people from different hotels, in private cars with condition air and include drinks and snaks for our guests. If you choose a shared trip we can find a good option but with serious drivers and safe for you. For us the most important is your safety and happiness. We hope you enjoyed Luxor. Regards. Amira. Dear guest. When is available any different room people can choose which one they preffer, but when Hotel is full is not easy let you choose a room, we are located in downtown.
