Not a great experience. The management company waited to send the log in instructions until the check in day and, as luck would have it, I had bad phone service that day. They didn't want to give me the entrance instructions until I paid the hefty cleaning fee --which I couldn't do because I had terrible phone service. Finally, they called me and gave me the keys to enter the unit, however, this was complicated by the fact that they kept telling me to look in the mailbox (where the keys were located) that had an identifying sticker -- which it did not. All of this delay made me over an hour late to meet family for dinner. The management company also didn't tell me how to access the advertised parking spot and the room had no instruction binder with this info. The room was also advertised as having a washing machine but there was no machine in the unit. We learned later that a machine was available for our use in the basement but of course we didn't know this until the instructions were sent to me. The unit also has an ant problem. Probably my worst Hotels.com experience. Also good that we had our own shampoo etc. Very stingy on garbage bags too. Only the one in the bin and no extras. That said, the space was decent and very clean, aside from the ant problem.
