Superb
The hotel is a lovely hotel, equipped with all the facility that you need. It has a bar and a restaurant. The rooms are clean daily if needed. There are and poor facilities within the room or you can call to ask for things that an iron, which they can do for you or they Can give it to you. We weren’t from Zambia but we needed to make some calls and we were able to do that free of charge. They went above and beyond to help us. The staff are friendly and informative, and if I’m ever in Lusaka again, that would be my place to stay. Breakfast is a buffet which consist of a full English and you can get your eggs done as you wish then they’ve got cold patisseries and pour Asian cereal. It’s very plentiful. The Wi-Fi works throughout the whole of the whole hotel.

Refreshing. It's my third time staying here. My first two times, I had challenges checking in because I used Expedia and seemed like reservation wouldn't show on their system. This time around it was smooth sailing. Staff were available and very helpful. Ambiance was amazing and I got real value for my money. I enjoyed the stay!

Disappointing
Arrived at 14:10 and my room was not ready due to a few late check-outs. Room was arranged quickly but only had 1 towel and 2 pillows. Wifi was on and off but no communication was made. At some point wifi, TV and phone were not working. Room has no booklet to show important numbers, had to go to reception every time I needed something. Wanted to order room service but was told to go to restaurant to order then ask them to bring it to my room- room service means being serviced from room. At 6:30 on Tuesday morning, 4th July there was a false smoke alarm, went downstairs only to realise it was a mistake, no communication nor apology. Ordered the fillet at the restaurant and it was extremely salty; also took forever to arrive. I think the hotel is just a pretty face and doesn’t deliver on the basics.

Good value for money
Great location for me as it is close to work. Very comfortable room and lobby. I had à la carte dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed the food. Hallway can be a bit noisy (no carpet to absorb the noises).and breakfast buffet (normally opened at 6:30am) wasn't fully displayed until almost 7am.
