I stayed with my family and enjoyed my stay at Hilton. The front desk staff was very helpful and the rooms were neat and clean. The entire floor was non-smoking which is one of the best things, unlike other hotels.

I went on a family trip. After checkin there was a little issue regarding cleaning of room but it was immediately solved. I want to thank front desk executive specially Ms Pragya , who was ready to help always. My family enjoyed stay at Hilton lucknow. Food was awesome. Room was not cleaned even after asking for 3 times they did not clean the room and wash basin was chocked. They fixed the basin and started cleaning when I was inside the room which was a risk for the staff and for me. no one wanted to take responsibility of the mistake.

DISAPPOINTING STAY
I checked in at 11pm. Did not get hot water in the shower, had a cold shower in winter. At 1am was told to change my room, as the hot water problem could not be fixed. After unpacking my stuff, I had to pack again and carry my things to the new room . Went to sleep at 2, had to check out at 9am. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in the new room, had a terrible sleepless night and a full working day ahead. I was at the hotel for 9 hours, and did not have a restful night. The staff were apologetic and helpful, but my stay was pathetic. They packed breakfast for me as a gesture of kindness. VERY DISAPPOINTED...Expect a FULL REFUND for the hardship and distress.

Excellent service. The staff and management were very courteous. My wife was not well and the staff prepared special food for her at no additional cost. It was very touching and much appreciated by us. Would definitely stay here again.

Very dirty room carpet. Marks on the towels. AC not working. Room service very poor. Dirty bathroom. Not proper amenities in the bathroom. Shower not working not properly. Wonderful experience!!
Great experience. The restuarant at 1st floor was simply superb. Dinner / breakfast buffets were sumptuous. The serving team especially Rabindra and Ansari took great care of us. We would definitely stay here whenever we are at Lucknow next !!

Really pleased with accommodation-staff are friendly and go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is comfortable and that you are able to navigate around the town with relative ease. This may involve in matters ranging from hospital appointments to securing a seamstress-no task is too little or too large for them. Breakfast is a feast! From wellness treats to sheer indulgence.
