He raved about this villa and loved it so much he booked it for our honeymoon and invited family to join us as well later on in the week. This place was perfect, everyone loved it! „ We were a group of 5 from Switzerland. The house is in between the 7 mile beach and the cliffs. You could walk to the beach, we usually took our rental car to sun coast which is a good spot on 7 mile beach. The house is really nice. The bedrooms are really clean. The staff are always around and are always helpful. It is not a luxurious house, but is has all you need, it's save and a great alternative to the resorts. “

„Very clean and secure property. Wonderful sea views from deck and primary bedroom balcony. We had a rental car, but you can catch taxi while standing outside of complex gate by security. Tranquil beach and clean pool on property. Would definitely stay again when in Negril.“

„On our third visit to Villa Maria we took our adult kids and our grandkids ages 11 and 7. We all had a ball. We were met at the airport by Rowan who is like family now. The staff is amazing, property clean and safe and the ocean as blue as I remember. They kids didn't want to leave and we're asking when we could come back.“

„I enjoyed my stay at this appartment. The room was very clean and the view of the ocean from the balcony is breath taking. Shower had great flow and the wifi worked perfect. I only use the A/C twice durning my 7 day stay as the room stayed cool. The best part is the location to everything. Starbucks is just accross the street and resturants and grocery are just few min walk. I would definitley book another stay.“

"I love this place! The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of 7 mile beach, with numerous restaurants closeby. After having stayed at standard and superior rooms before we went for a Junior Suite this time and it was perfect for our small family of 3 - spacious, 2 comfy queen beds, with a big balcony overlooking the pool and just a few feet from the restaurant, beachbar and the ocean. As usual the staff took great care of us - they always go out of their way to make the guests feel special while staying super professional. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of and the beach is amazing! We will keep coming back for more! "
