Villa Tambellini de Fondra is located in the hamlet of Cerasomma, on the outskirts of Lucca, surrounded by the enchanting Tuscan countryside. The property is set within a lush, fenced park where majestic cypress trees, silvered olive trees, and geometric flowerbeds evoke the elegance of Italian-style gardens, offering charming scenery in every season.

At the heart of this refined garden lies the stunning private pool (5.5 x 14.3 m, depth 1 - 2.25 m), open from May 1st to October 15th, complete with sun loungers, deck chairs, and a parasol, a perfect spot to cool off and enjoy moments of pure relaxation.

The outdoor spaces also feature a cozy dining table for 6 and a convenient barbecue, ideal for alfresco convivial evenings.

For added convenience, the villa includes an uncovered parking area for 2 cars. In addition, a 24-hour self-service laundromat is available just 2 km from the property.

The owners live on the opposite side of the villa, with separate entrance and garden. They are always available to provide assistance and support while ensuring guests enjoy complete privacy.



Internal Description



Villa Tambellini de Fondra is spread over 3 floors and can sleep up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. On request, 2 high chairs are available. Pets are not allowed.



Ground floor: On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright eat-in kitchen, fully equipped to make every meal a special moment. It features a large dining table for 6 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and stovetop, everything you need to cook and share unforgettable moments.



First floor: Upstairs, there are 2 elegant and cozy double bedrooms, one of which includes a tv and an ensuite toilet. The floor is completed by 2 refined bathrooms: one with shower and the other with shower and bathtub, perfect for moments of pure relaxation.



Second floor: The top floor hosts a stunning attic transformed into a delightful suite. It includes 1 double bed, a large wardrobe, a relaxing corner with comfortable sofas, a tv, and a decorative fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A private bathroom with shower completes this oasis of comfort.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden, and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
