Typical stone country barn, recently renovated, only 1,4 km from the historical center of Lucca 15 minutes waliking distance. Decorated in cozy style, is the ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday. Excellent if you love to ride your bike, and also if you travel by motorbike! The house has its own private garden and it has parking space. It is a typical old barn completely restaured with ground floor kitchen, living room, with a large dining table,sofa and TV in the living room, while upstairs you have the master bedroom with closet and large bathroom with shower, on the third floor , the attic there is a double bed and a french bedroom. EXTRA FEE 5 A DAY in winter for heating and in summer electricity upon consumption 0.35 a kwh The location is ideal for events such as the Lucca Comics because you can easily reach the city by bike OR BY FOOT
