„We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. “

Very roomy, but minimally furnished; such as large living room with only one sofa, no other seating in the room…bring some chairs with you if you need a place to sit. Large master bathroom, but lacks a toilet paper holder. No nightstands in the master bedroom. Didn’t realize we needed to check on those kind of things before booking, just expected them to be there.
