Our rooms have always been very clean, comfy beds/pillows, friendly staff and we especially enjoy the free breakfast and 24hr coffee availability!! Parking lot is very full amd hard to get a spot. Also lots of vagrants hanging around the hotel at night“

„Great staff, held our bags before check in without issues. Room was clean and recently refurbished, so great shower, etc. Only complaint is that the room was a little smaller than what you usually get with a fold-out bed“

Since it was included as part of my one night stay cost, it would have been a friendly gesture on the part of the hotel to make an alternate food offering in place of the breakfast at no cost to me.
The staff, whose names I think were Tammy and Maxine at the front desk were very kind.

„Von außen sehr schick und im Eingangsbereich auch , die Zimmer sind leider ein wenig herunter gekommen aber es war absolut sauber , das Frühstück ist nicht der Knaller als europäer sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ich habe dann einzelne Komponenten bestellt was kein Problem war aber der Preis war absolut nicht angemessen.“
