If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other ...

„The prior reviews were very accurate. Shared wall lets you hear everything in the space directly behind you when you sleep. Many times it’s a screaming baby and the parent(s) yelling at them. Many people walking in and out of the property. Only 1 roll of toilet paper which someone previously stated. Also, trash all over the front yard and side entrance.
