Unfassbar schönes, neues und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus mit atemberaubenden Meerblick und vielen Gelegenheiten, Vögel, Eichhörnchen und Hirsche von der Terrasse zu beobachten. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum Erholen, aber auch sehr gut für Tagesausflüge nach Peggys Cove, Halifax oder Burntcoat Head. „We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Lodge. The ocean view and sunrises were awesome. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. Could maybe use a few more plates and cutlery along with dish towels which we could not find. All around a good first Vrbo experience. “

„Wir hatten fantastische Urlaubstage in diesem wunderschönen Cottage. Die Kommunikation mit Claire hat von Anfang an sehr gut funktioniert. Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und unsere Kinder mochten den großen Kühlschrank. Auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und das Kommen und gehen der Touristenströme zu sehen, war besser als TV!Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und würden hier definitiv wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung. „Peaceful, quiet. I like how a guest service team member came to check in with me abiut a half hour after I git settled in, wanting to know if there was anything I needed. And they also built my fire for me in the fire pit, so I would have no trouble getting it going. It's those little niceties that make me feel very much at home. And allows me to truly relax. I love it there! “

„The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. This was a great place to stay while exploring central NS. If you plan to grill, be sure to bring charcoal. The view and the cool ocean breeze made for a relaxing time while sipping on a glass of wine or morning coffee from the deck. We would definitely stay here again.“

„Cutest little cottage on a quiet and idyllic part of the coast. A small place, definitely best suited to two or three guests. The host was responsive and helpful with any questions we had, and full of local knowledge and tips. If you like solitude and the sound of waves and seabirds, this is the place for you. “

„We had such a wonderful stay at this cute cottage! The location is absolutely perfect—right by the water. Each night we fell asleep with the windows open, listening to the soothing sound of the waves after enjoying a relaxing soak in the wood-fired hot tub. The onsite staff were lovely and went out of their way to share some of their favorite local spots to visit in Nova Scotia, which made our trip even more special. „The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. “

"Sehr gutes Hotel für die ersten Nächte nach Ankunft in Halifax. Wir hatten eine großzügige Suite mit breiten Betten und mit Küchenzeile. Direkt neben dem Highway verkehrsgünstig gelegen, dadurch natürlich nicht ganz so ruhig. Kostenloser Kaffee und Tee Wasser in der Lobby. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Leider ist Frühstück nicht mehr inklusive. Im Restaurant kostet es 15 CAD. Gegenüber gibt es das Smittys Familienrestaurant. Auf der anderen Seite des Highways sind Geschäfte wie Walmart, Atlantik Superstore und Marshalls."
