„waited 15min for the checkin, was sent from the lobby to the reception and the bar and back... not a nice welcoming“

„A beautiful cottage, very clean, central and every you would need for your stay was there. The communication with the host was excellent. A welcome pack was a lovely surprise and very thoughtful. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely return.“

„Amazing location. Clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have use of the heated towel rails and possibly clearer instructions on the parking situation.“

„Cottage was well situated within walking distance to the old town, and kitchen well equipped, but the drains smell was terrible :(“

„Toaster did not work properly toilet upstairs did not flush properly could not use freezer as full of food and frost got in touch with host next day was told it would be rectified nothing was done about it. Stairs very steep not for anybody with mobility issues. Would not stay there again.“

„A lovely cottage and full of everything you could need in a home from home. Only draw back was parking, first come first served in the street but the station car park is a 2 min walk. Charges apply for certain times of the yeqr“

„Excellent location - right in the middle of town. Could easily stay here without a car. Several walks on the doorstep and public transport is easy to use. Several nice restaurants nearby.“

„This is a very old and interesting cottage in a lovely scenic setting overlooking Conwy. It was very well equipped with good amenities. The games room was very popular with our teenage grandchildren. With the exception of a large stain on one of the pillows, which was only discovered when we stripped the bed, the cottage was very clean. “
