„Would summarise as very disappointing. Aside from the construction which we knew of beforehand, this is definitely not a 5 star hotel or 5 star service. Our room was aged, the towel dryer didn’t work hence we used soggy towels for 2 days. There were also holes in our bed linen / no shower gel. When we notified the head of the hotel in the morning, there was no apology, just an acknowledgment. When we came back to the hotel 7 hours later, the room was uncleaned and none of the issues we stated ...
