„House was in excellent condition and well furnished and stocked. On a quiet cul de sac the property overlooks a beautiful bay you can enjoy while sipping your morning coffe on the screened porch. For just the 2 of us the upper floor, was cozy and comfortable. Lots of room for larger families too. Communication with property hosts was excellent. Wi-Fi and TVs were great. We would not hesitate to return again.“

„Nice neighborhood, easy drive to college/downtown area and airport. Ian met us there when we arrived and was a great and responsive host. House was very well stocked with a lot of nice touches and decor. Very comfortable. Enjoyed the back patio, grill, jacuzzi and fire pit! Also had a lot of fun in the game room and theater. Would definitely recommend!“

„Great house for a friend's weekend. Was clean and description online was accurate. The TV setup was a bit complicated and difficult to get going but we eventually figured it out to watch the UT game. The house felt more like a home than a vacation rental which has pluses and minuses. Host was very friendly and responsive.“

„Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to. “

„We enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything went effortlessly and owner was great to work with. She responded to any question very quickly. The views are unbelievable, and the house was very clean. Location is perfect. There are plenty of things to do with in one hour drive or just stay back and enjoy the views and swim in the water. We would rent this house again if we return to the area. “
