Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
The house was spacious and worked well for our big group. Having a rooftop patio is fun. The pool and hot tub and patio area are great for the kids, but please make sure you don't miss the fine print that you need to pay a lot extra to heat them! Factor that into your cost. I think it was 350/day! The kitchen was big, but not well-stocked and neither coffee maker worked--not even the little knockoff keurig. I asked for a new one, and they said they would bring one, but they never did. There was no instruction manual for all the stuff in the house, so we didn't know how to get the TVs or the fireplaces to work. I wouldn't be surprised if the fireplaces didn't work at all. There was a wifi password listed on the paper but it was wrong. We figured out we had to get the wifi info from the email, which is fine, but don't have the wrong password listed on the paper in the house. The house was clean (we actually arrived as the cleaners were leaving) but the floors were not mopped well--all of our socks were dirty from walking around on them. The vibe of this place is like for a party or a photo-shoot, not a family vacation.
