„You get what you pay for. The room was very hot and the fans were squeaky and loud, so we couldn’t watch TV because we couldn’t hear it and the host actually texted us to turn it down. There was little parking at all hours since the unit is next to a school and apartments. The coffee maker in the room was dusty and there was still a used pod in there, the dishes had random hair and dust, and the britta filter was also very dusty. „This property was exactly what my wife and I needed for our stay 2 week stay in Redlands. We felt safe in the surrounding community. The accommodations were modest and clean. Note: This particular property does not have washer. California is expensive; I felt that the price we paid was appropriate“

„The listing provided showed a listing of a differently painted house, although the inside was clean the outside needs cleaning. The inside smelled like strong cleaning supplies so airing it out was necessary. The door for one of the bedrooms was locked and were told to find a way to open it on our own, so if you need immediate support for anything related to the house, expect you will need to do it yourself. „Very comfy room for the whole family! Everything was tidy and the staff were really friendly. A lovely stay overall!“

„This location was perfect for us, Very clean, pretty garden and nice double patio with ocean view. Comfortable and great location, and quiet all in all. Could hear the ocean at times. Close to Pillar Point and 10 mins from Half Moon Bay. Would recommend and plan to return sometime.“

„We had such a wonderful stay with Todd and Kate! They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was just as described. We truly appreciated their hospitality and how easy and pleasant they made the whole experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so much for everything!“

„Such a wonderful stay! Walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. The owners thought of absolutely everything! We appreciated the coffee, the snacks, the waters and beverages, the extra towels and even the magnifying mirror. Clear communication too. Very quiet and a cute little private yard.“

„We really like the area and the building is walkable to were we go. Our room is over a garage but more than enough space for me and my fiancé. The patio area outside of the room is a nice spot to hangout and watch a sunset or just chit chat. The room even had a hot plate. We didn't need to use it. Still good to know. We'll for sure be back when we go out that way again. Also, the food by the water is so good.“
