„Upon arrival, the accommodation was not cleaned, the garbage was still in the kitchen and smelled intensely. The bed was not made. Upon request to the landlord, the apartment was immediately prepared ready for occupancy, but we had to wait half an hour in front of the house. Therefore, the urgent recommendation BEFORE arrival to confirm in writing that the apartment is ready for occupancy.“
