„This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin ...

„We spent 3 wonderful days in Cottage No. 1 Points South by the Sea. We had high expectations and they were fully accomplished. The cottage is spacious, clean and wonderful equipped incl. a luxurious bath room. The view of the Pacific Ocean is breath-taking. This is a silent place although close to the Great Ocean Road. „Our family enjoyed this property. Lots of land to explaore and many activities to entertain children. It is unfortunate the pool was not as heated as we were expecting, may be due to insufficient sun for solar heating. Lovely stay“
