„Starting off with the positive- this is an excellent location to downtown area.Our stay was not good. The original picture of this listing was the front house and only after paying did we receive instructions that the entrance is in the back. This is advertised as a private studio when in reality, it is the third bedroom, separated at the kitchen with a very filmsy looking door. You can hear everything.The place was not clean. „Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat. Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise.“

We arrived and left to a hotel within 15 minutes of arriving. We documented everything with pictures. The floors are not white or new, they are brown, with holes all over the place. „We’re so glad we stayed here for the week, great little apartment with a very comfortable bed, great bathroom and a small kitchen area. My favorite was the laundry room, great place to store suitcases, place to hang stuff and a washer and dryer if needed. We did a lot of fluffing of clothes. Thank you!“
