Sleeping up to five with a queen bedroom and tri-bunk room, it’s a lovely coastal base for couples and small families, with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a full kitchen, BBQ, laundry and linen provided.



The Space:

Welcome to The Treehouse, a relaxed coastal hideaway tucked amongst the gum trees at Long Beach.



The heart of the home is the bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with large windows bringing the surrounding greenery inside. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round.



Step outside onto the spacious north-facing deck — one of the highlights of the property and a lovely spot for your morning coffee, an afternoon drink, outdoor dining or simply listening to the birds.



The home sleeps up to five guests:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2: Tri-bunk sleeping up to three guests

Linen and bath towels are provided.



The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and guests can also enjoy Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a BBQ, and a private outdoor area. Downstairs you'll find the laundry with a washing machine and dryer, along with an additional toilet.



It’s a simple, peaceful place to slow down after a day at the beach, explore the surrounding bushland or head into Batemans Bay for shops, cafés and restaurants.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the home, deck and outdoor areas during their stay.



Self check-in is available, making arrival simple and flexible



The Neighborhood:

Long Beach is a peaceful coastal pocket just north of Batemans Bay, surrounded by beaches, bushland and national park.



Spend the day swimming or walking at Long Beach and Maloneys Beach, and explore nearby Murramarang National Park, or make the easy drive into Batemans Bay for cafés, restaurants, shopping and local attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for making the most of the area. Long Beach and Maloneys Beach are close by, with Batemans Bay and the surrounding South Coast beaches, walking tracks and attractions easily reached by car.



Other Things to Note:

- The property accommodates up to five guests and does not accept schoolies.

- We provide a starter supply of essential consumables upon arrival.

- For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies.

- Please bring your own beach towels.
