Bedroom 2 — super king bed, built-in storage, and dressing table/desk.
Bathrooms — two in total, both well-appointed with heated towel rail, hotel-quality towels, hairdryer, shower amenities, and shaver point.

Living room — high ceilings, bespoke joinery, Smart TV, original period fireplace (decorative), and two king sofa beds always made up and ready — extra pillows and blankets provided. Total capacity: 8 guests.

Private garden — outdoor seating and dining, accessed directly from the lower ground floor. Private, quiet, and genuinely rare for a Westminster apartment of this size.

Kitchen — fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils. Dedicated workspace in Bedroom 2 and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Window AC units and fans during warmer months.

Noise decibel monitor installed — sound levels only. Quiet hours: 21:00–09:00, including the garden.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Westminster is one of London`s most iconic and walkable neighbourhoods — and St George`s Square is one of its finest addresses. Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and the London Eye are reachable on foot along the Thames Embankment or within 10 minutes by tube. Buckingham Palace and St James`s Park are equally accessible. Tate Britain is a 5-minute walk. The Thames riverside path runs from the square southward.

Day-to-day: independent cafés, delis, pubs, and restaurants on Lupus Street and Moreton Street within minutes. Sainsbury`s close by.
