The apartment features a bright open-plan living area, combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and comfortable lounge. Whether you're preparing breakfast before a day out or enjoying a quiet evening in, you'll find everything you need. The kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and a dishwasher to make your stay as convenient as possible. The living area offers a Smart TV with access to online streaming apps (please note that terrestrial TV channels are not available).

The property offers two spacious double bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable mattress to ensure a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms also feature practical work desks and ample storage space, making the apartment ideal for business travellers, remote workers, couples, friends, or families.

The contemporary bathroom includes a stylish walk-in shower, while a dedicated laundry area with washing facilities adds extra convenience for longer stays.

Getting around couldn't be easier. With multiple bus routes just moments away, you'll have quick access to Stratford, one of London's best-connected transport hubs. From there, you can easily reach Central London, Canary Wharf, the Elizabeth Line, and all major London airports.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

The apartment is on the ground floor but it may be less suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties or wheelchair users.

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
