The space
We're a family of 4 leaving London to visit family for the summer holidays. This is a lovely, bright, spacious and peaceful home in a perfect location. It's in great shape - and we've enjoyed nothing but 5 star reviews from recent visitors who have rented our home.

The house is mid-century cottage with a modern yet cosy feel. The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The bar area looks onto an open plan dining and living room with large floor-to-ceiling, south-facing French windows leading to the garden.

To the right of the front hall is a spare bedroom with a shower and toilet opposite.

There are two single bedrooms and one master bedroom upstairs as well as another shower/bathroom. There is a single camp bed and a single mattress available for up to 2 extra guests.

There is a small office with double-glazing and power/internet at the bottom of the garden as well as a children's playhouse.

The property has excellent transport links, making it the perfect spot for a family visiting friends in south London or needing a base from which to explore the capital.

Victoria 12 minute train; London Bridge 10 minute train; Kings Cross 18 minute train; Clapham Junction 16 minute train; Dalston Junction 31 minute train; Gatwick Airport 47 minute train.

Nearest tube is Brixton (12 minutes on P4 bus).

Regular buses from Herne Hill Rd (2 minute walk) into central London.
