Insgesamt ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis total okay. Die Umgebung ist super. Die Metro ist fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte direkt in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir hatten keinerlei Schwierigkeiten, wenn wir an der Rezeption frische Handtücher, eine zweite Bettdecke oder Informationen benötigten.

Muy cerca de la parada de Gloucester, y por tanto del centro. Al lado del barrio de Chelsea (tranquilo y apacible). El estudio era grande respecto a la media de alojamientos en Londres, con grandes ventanales y bastante nuevo. Relación calidad-precio imbatible.

Nice small apartment however was not cleaned to a good standard. The apartment did have a distinct smell which was not pleasant. We had to open the windows to air it out. Also there was a foot mark on the wall and there were ants on the floor.

Generally it was a very nice place to stay. It's size was good and it had a little kitchen which makes eating and drinking easier. My only complaint was that there wasn't a vanity in the bathroom.

I recommend staying there
Very good location close to Gloucester Road Underground, Tesco, cafes, Natural History Museum, Hyde Park nearby. Friendly staff at reception. Not so much clean though but for a few days it's more than perfect.

The Roland House is under a half mile from 2 tube stops, which made it very easy to travel around and get to and from the airport. The proprietors were very accommodating in allowing us to check in early after flying all night. The kitchen facilities really helped us out in storing breakfast food and drinks. Fabulous water pressure in the shower too and comfy bed. Overall very quiet and laid back.

Not very helpful when trying to check in, me leeway with time. We booked 3 rooms and asked for a little help with 1 room to put our belongings safely but we’re told no, we were going to a festival that started at 14.00 and we were not able to leave to check in but were still told no…. Instead we had to keep our bags in an unlocked room and go to our festival worrying about our belongings, we then booked in at around 23.30 which is not ideal when you are tired. The rooms were great though and clean.

Mattress is made of concrete.
I liked the Apartment very much, I often stay over in London if I go to Concert. I even commented that If I had to work away I would like to stay somewhere like this apartment. But the mattress was rock solid and so uncomfortable, I could not sleep, so I went to the sofa that I discovered was a Sofa bed, this was as equally as uncomfortable, I spent the next day in pain.
