It was great! The appartment was a bit dark, but with additional 2-3 lamps would do the trick. Nice appartment and the staff answered questions really quick! Would recommend this appartment since it is very close to Paddington station and London city and busses and train close by!

Gute Lage, nahe des Bahnhofs Paddington. Nette Einrichtung. Besorgniserregende Balkonfenster, da schlecht verschließbar, zugig und ungedämmt. Komplette Küche mit total vereistem Eisschrank (04/24). Gepflegte Gegend.

Great location close to Paddington Station, with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself has certainly seen better days. We had a basement apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. The living room was nicely decorated and the kitchenette was well equipped. The rest of the apartment needs remodeling, as does the hallway in the basement. The carpets were stained and the bathroom showed signs of wear. The shower heads had come off the wall and off the hose respectively. The former was fixed during our stay, the latter was not. The dishwasher did not work during the five days we were there. When we arrived, the heating did not work either but this was again fixed quickly. It felt as if nobody had checked the technical state of the apartment before we moved in. Requests for help through the Expedia app were usually quickly answered. Checkin required detective work als the instructions to operate the electronic lock on the front door were sent by email but actually identifying the lock took us ten minutes. All in all, a very businesslike experience with no personal contact with staff and lots of room for improvement. But I guess at this rate (for a central London apartment) we could expect no more.

This unit was nothing like it looked on the ad. We would never have stayed there. The pictures made it look spacious but it was like a shoe box. There is no way 4 people can stay there comfortably. We had to wait for the tiny hot water heater to heat up before each person could shower. I am sure we did not get the unit we contracted for and we should be compensated for false advertisement.By the way, we had 8 pieces of luggage and had to carry them up 60 circular type steps. We have never stayed in a place like this and would have left if we another option.

Posizione eccellente, struttura come da foto, ci siamo trovati davvero bene, non mancava nulla. Solo un episodio negativo da segnalare, l'acqua calda durante la doccia é andata via (problema in realtà di 10 minuti) ma chiamando il proprietario non ci ha risposto e non ci ha nemmeno richiamato. Per il resto super consigliato

Location is great for getting about London. Apartment is very spacious, with a small balcony. Balcony could do with an additional chair & the apartment could do with a little maintenance. Shelves very loose on livingroom wall, floor lamp very unsteady in bedroom, shower caddy loose. All in all we still had a great stay. A toaster would have been useful and additional info re main door entry. We arrived in the dark & didn't notice there were 2 x door entry systems as the one needed was black and not illuminated and the one which wasn't the correct one was laminated. We hang about for 20 mins until another guest arrived who noted they had the same problem when they arrived too.

We had a wonderful stay however the WiFi is very poor. It’s off and on every few minutes. I had to email to get the directions to get in. The instructions need to be clear. We were outside when 4 young women came and they couldn’t get in either. I had to call for clarification!

The room has the essentials. Good conditions. Could be cleaner though. The starways are a bit complicated, specially reaching the 5th floor. The stairway Needs handles in some areas. Communication is difficult. Contact them March 23th, received communication back April 16. Need to change the way they communicate with guests. Othet than that, the apartment is well located for what I needed. The area give the impression that you feel at home.
