The Space:

The bright living room is a welcoming space to unwind after a day in the city. It features a comfortable sofa, a dining table with seating for six, and a large smart TV for entertainment. Large doors open onto a generous private balcony with beautiful views, complete with outdoor table and chairs — the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink while overlooking the surrounding area.



Both bedrooms are generously sized and designed for comfort. The first bedroom features two comfortable double beds, ideal for families or groups. The master bedroom also includes two double beds along with a large en-suite bathroom featuring a modern walk-in shower, providing privacy and convenience. In addition, the apartment includes a separate toilet and bathroom, ensuring plenty of space for everyone staying.



The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and longer stays. Guests will find a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, cookware, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and all essential appliances, making it easy to cook at home if desired.



One of the standout features of the property is its excellent transport connectivity. The flat is located close to Preston Road tube station, which is served by the Metropolitan Line.
