Relax at our gorgeous 4 bedroom villa with FREE parking, in one of the most trendy and popular neighbourhoods of London. There is plenty to see and do in the local area.
With SKY TV throughout, High Speed Internet, a 75" Cinema Screen, Pool Table, Air Hockey and Table Tennis there is plenty for the whole family to do together.
And for those that want to kick back and relax jump in to our All Season Hot Tub sitting at 40 degrees 365 days a year.
Love a BBQ, then great. We have an outdoor kitchen with large grill, sink and work surface.
This uber luxurious Versace style flat has literally everything any group could ask for when taking a break in one of the worlds greatest capitals.
Leyton Tube Station to Central London in minutes.
Up the road from Stratford Westfields Shopping Centre. Location, location and location screams this flat.
As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a bean to cup coffee machine, fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax whist having everything on your doorstep.
This villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 7+.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed.
In the next bedroom, there is another king bed.
The third bedroom contains a small double bed and a single.
The Annexe/Games Room which doubles as bed 4 contains a sofa bed.
And the lounge has two further sofa beds.
There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink, a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Most pets are very welcome if their owner takes full responsibility to be sure that no hair, smell, or pet waste is left behind.
Unfortunately, we do not accept large or aggressive breeds of dogs, specifically but not limited to XL BULLY.
Please confirm before booking the number of pets you would like to bring and their breed.
House Rules:
Rule No 1: Have the best time ever
Rule No 2: Strictly No parties or group gatherings. No music, indoors or outdoors and we have a very strict quiet hours time of 9pm to 7am
Rule No 2: Please leave the house as you found it
Noise: (Curfew times on all outside space and hot tub is 9pm)
The garden is a great place to hang out and have fun but outdoor noise tends to travel further so we kindly ask that you keep the noise to a respectable level when enjoying the outdoor space and no music is allowed outside.
Parties:
This place is perfect for those quiet, personal celebrations and we want all of our guests to have a special time to remember, but we have a very strict no party rule and the noise must always be kept to a respectable level. This is a home and we have neighbours. Please treat our home and our neighbours how you would expect us to treat yours.
Clean up:
Please take away with you whatever you bring to the house except for your bagged rubbish. This includes balloons and banners. If you wish for us to dispose of them then please deflate and bag appropriately.
Please strictly no confetti. We allowed it for a while but It goes everywhere and is such a nightmare to clean up. Also no sellotape or anything sticky on the walls or ceilings please as the decor was rather expensive.
Please strip your beds and just leave the sheets and towels in a pile on the floor and we will take care of the rest.
Please load the dishwasher and turn it on before you leave.
Rubbish:
- Bag up all rubbish and leave the bags in the corresponding wheelie bins. House keeping charge us extra if they have to dig to the bottom of the wheelie bins for any loose rubbish so please bag everything.
- Recycling (plastics, card & paper) to be bagged in clear bags.
- Please take all glass, glass bottles and any other sharp objects with you.
- Please put all other rubbish and food in black bags
- Please clean up any excessive or unnecessary mess usually found in the kitchen or bathrooms so as not to leave any unpleasant surprises for our cleaners.
- Please leave the BBQ as you found it. If you use the outdoor kitchen, then please clean the Grill Burner immediately and thoroughly as barbecue residue is often very difficult to clean when left to dry. Housekeeping charge us separately to clean that and it's £42. This is more of a deterrent than a money making exercise as it is so difficult to clean BBQs if left dirty for too long. If you wish for them to clean it then please let us know as soon as possible. This applies to only the Grill Burner. We will clean the outside kitchen and worktops.
Decorations:
Due to the quality of the wallpaper and the fixtures we kindly ask that no sellotape, blu tac, pins, or tacs etc, are used to hang anything on the walls.
Other than that, leave the rest to us and concentrate on letting your hair down and having a good time
