Great location and communication with the property manager is excellent. Great for families and walking distance to the Tower Bridge, Tower Castle, and metro.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, quite large for Europe, but we did have trouble with the phone and wifi not working. There is no one on site to assist, however we were able to speak to other guest and were able to use the wifi. The phone never did work and we did need to use it so it was a problem. I emailed and reported it but never received a response. I would definitely stay here again.
