Kurztrip nach London
Absolut fantastisch vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. An der Rezeption machte Mark einen Superjob und konnte unser Wunschzimmer (mit River-view) arrangieren, beim Frühstück war Neenu unser guter Geist und für die perfekte Sauberkeit im Zimmer war Adine der gute Geist. Das gesamte Perdonal war super freundlich, das Zimmer und das Hotel einfach Spitze.

We had no power at 10pm on a Tuesday night with an outlet in the room. We called the reception, 10 minutes later it was repaired by a very friendly technician, really very good. Overall very polite and courteous hotel staff. We felt very comfortable.

It was unique in the way staff bossed us around at a rather confusing time during a fire alarm. With barely a muttered apology, we were herded around with barked orders at 12:15am and kept out of the hotel for an hour, as someone who paid for their room, i asked if any compensation would be offered for the terrible night and lack of sleep and was told no, at this point an apology was offered but it was 11 hours after the event. Whilst i understand an alarm must be handled, it should be in an organised way, impacting your guests as little as possible while putting them at ease. I will not be reccomending this hotel or any others in the group to anyone i know friends or business associates and will go as far to tell them exactly how we found the service to be lacking and serverly not guest focused

This hotel is beautiful and the breakfast choice caters for everyone. Very convenient for the O2. We were unlucky that we arrived at the same time as a lot of candidates for a big conference so the reception area was very crowded. Also, our room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm

Amazing hotel, really clean, every member of staff was incredibly friendly. Unbelievably convenient for the O2. Great to arrive on a boat up the Thames too! Only slight downside was checking in. Granted I was extremely tired and a bit grumpy having walked around London all day but I found the receptionist asking too many questions re "signing up" for something and asking if I wanted to book for breakfast at £32 a head ! Definitely staying there again for any event at the O2 though.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Initially we booked it because the location is Ideal for going to an event at The O2 and be able to be back in the safety of the hotel within about five minutes of the event finishing. Via a tunnel that links the two is super easy. However, the hotel also has a gym swimming pool and sauna and steam room so it’s really nice the next day to be able to chill out. We are Expedia Frequent Travellers so we were also given a free glass of wine and a room upgrade to a king size room overlooking the Thames with a stunning view. I liked how close it was to the underground and the shopping place. I didn’t like how dirty the cups were in the breakfast area. The check in was clueless by the staff and don’t have good customer service on the reception. The food beverage provided good service nibbles with our drinks made our evening lovely. Also George and Raman on reception have been helpful. Other than overall service of the hotel is not up to standard. I wouldn’t be staying again, theres more better hotels and service to spend my money on.
