We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of West Kensington, this apartment is nestled in a vibrant neighbourhood known for its eclectic mix of shops, cafes, and cultural attractions. Explore the nearby Kensington Olympia exhibition centre or take a leisurely stroll to the bustling High Street Kensington, offering an array of dining and shopping experiences.

Conveniently located near Kensington (Olympia) station, just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to the Overground and Southern rail services. For tube connections, Shepherd’s Bush station on the Central Line is within a 10-minute walk, ensuring seamless travel throughout London.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

This property features a mezzanine area above the kitchen. For your safety, we kindly ask guests not to use this space, as access is via a very steep staircase that may not be suitable for all guests. Please take extra care when using the stairs in the property and avoid accessing the mezzanine during your stay.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
