Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes the cozy bedroom with a luxurious four-poster bed, the light-filled living room with a pullout sofa and 100” cinema projector, the fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials, and the modern stone-tiled bathroom. Enjoy complete privacy and make yourself at home in this charming space.

Parking

If you’re arriving by car, paid off-street parking is available in front of the building. Please note that Marylebone is part of London’s congestion charge zone, so be sure to check regulations before driving in the area.



Other Things to Note:

Our much-loved building is currently receiving a little TLC. Building management is completing the final stages of the communal area upgrade, including repainting and new carpeting. During this time, the shared staircase may look a little less glamorous than usual, but this is only temporary while the refresh is completed.



A neighbouring flat in the building is also being refurbished privately by its owner. Those works are carried out by the owner’s own contractors within the council’s permitted hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and are outside our control, so please expect some noise during weekday daytime hours. Evenings, nights and weekends are unaffected. If the timing matters to you, do message us before booking and we will tell you honestly where the works have got to.



Travel Cot

A travel cot is available free of charge. It comes with a thin padded base, but no mattress or sheets are provided, so please bring your own if needed.



Sofa Bed & Extra Bedding

Alongside the main double bed, the reception room has a double sofa bed. If you’d like it prepared, a one-off linen fee of £15 per stay applies to cover laundry and setup.



Pets

We’re delighted to host one pet per booking. A flat fee applies:

1–7 nights: £45 per night

8–29 nights: £360 per stay

30+ nights: £720 per stay



The pet fee must be paid before arrival. Please note that check-in cannot be granted if the fee is unpaid, and our standard cancellation policy will apply.



Please note that a security deposit of £350 may be required, depending on your circumstances. All guests are required to complete separate ID verification and sign our rental agreement before check-in.
