Was das Thema Matratzenkomfort angeht, haben wir in zwei Jahrzehnten der Vermietung der Villa gelernt, dass die Vorlieben sehr unterschiedlich sein können. Deshalb verwenden wir Hybridmatratzen, deren innerer Federkern mit Schaumstoff umwickelt ist. Diese werden je nach Bedarf im Durchschnitt alle drei bis vier Jahre ausgetauscht. Der Einsatz der Hybridmatratzen führt selten zu Beschwerden. Aber natürlich verstehen wir auch, dass es bei einem so sensiblen, persönlichen Thema wie dem Matratzenkomfort nie möglich ist, es allen recht zu machen. Concerning the issue of mattress comfort we have learned through two decades of renting the villa that renter preferences can vary significantly. That is why we use hybrid mattresses that have an inner spring core wrapped in foam. These are replaced on average ever three or four years depending on the need. The use of the hybrid mattresses rarely ever bring complaints. But of course we also understand that it is never possible to please everybody when it comes to such a sensitive, personal issue such as mattress comfort.

We completely reject all criticism outlined in this review. The fact is that these renters submitted a rental request stating there would be three adults and two children. When they arrived at the house there were seven adults. And they complained because there were not enough beds for seven adults. Our caretaker scrambled around to accommodate them. However when asked to explain why they submitted a request for three adults and two children and showed up with seven adults the renters were incredibly rude and obnoxious. That attitude continued when we made it clear they would have to pay a supplemental fee. Therefore we consider the criticism above to be nothing more than vindictive behaviour from persons who lied on the rental application form. abused the house and refused to be accountable for their actions.
