Tolles Hotel in sehr ansprechendem Design und in guter Lage, super Frühstück. Einzige Schwachstelle: Parken, nur sehr wenige Parkplätze in der Hoteltiefgarage und aussenherum sind die öffentlihcen Parkplätze gebührenpflichtig. Für Hinweisschilder bzw. Regeln sind nicht tschechisch Sprechende nicht verständlich.....

Im Zimmer nicht bewegen
Alles ok, Smart Home kann aber nervig sein. Ein relais klackt im Zimmer, immer wenn man sich bewegt. Das Tablet zu Steuerung von Licht, TV etc, ist per Kamera auf einen gerichtet. Kann man natürlich ändern, wirkt komisch. Der Frühstückservice ist extrem schnell beim Abräumen, mehrmals abgedeckt, obwohl ich nur etwas nachholen wollte. Sonst super.

Super Lage, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel , direkt gegenüber befindet sich die berühmte und sehenswerte Manufaktura mit Shoppingcenter, Kinos und Gastronomie. Personal ist jung, professionell und sehr freundlich. Alles sehr sauber und das Bett war super bequem.

Overall, the stay was ok, but we didn't get an upgrade even though they had available rooms. We were staying for just one night. They told us that this was the manager's decision and they will not upgrade us. we are Expedia Platinum and the hotel is in the VIP Access program, I just don't know why since they don't follow its rules anyway. It left a bad taste.

The hotel is nice overall but the pillows are by far the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. We asked for the "firmer" pillows after the first night but there's still barely any filling in them. They also have these bizarre large square pillows that have half the filling of a normal pillow. If they sort the pillow situation out it would be a great hotel as both mornings I woke up with a sore neck.

Perfect central located accommodation, clean, comfortable and nearby center. Grab a hotelbike and just bike to the city centre, which is much nicer and comfortable instead of a cab! Perfect Gym and wellness next to the amazing rooftopbar! Thanks again to the staff, for the nice upgrade and bottle of wine in the room waiting……

Exceeded all expectations
This is a really great hotel. It exceeded my expectations over and over again. The rooms are simple, but really really comfortable. Great sheets, great comforters, great mattress and the room is so smart! The lights are really wonderful. The huge picture window looking out onto the street was amazing. Right across the street was a palace from the last century and that’s what I woke up to every morning when I open the blinds. Oh and the blinds blocked out all the light. The downstairs staff at the reception was so helpful. The gym is amazing! Really, beautiful! The restaurant Is delicious try the pod Thai. The most unique Pantaya I’ve ever had. And the people there are so sweet.
