This apartment of 65 m² (about 699 ft²), built in 2010, in a building of 4 floors contains 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. It has a lovely 65 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A jacuzzi, open from mid-April to October (opening dates non-contractual, subject to change).
- A terrace and garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Please note: the house is divided into two flats: Le Haut du Nelud and Le Bas du Nelud, which can be rented individually or in groups. Ideal for families or groups of friends.

The flat is ideally located in Locmariaquer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
